Celebrate winter's most coveted ingredient as No35's From the Maker Series brings together Flinders Truffles and Giant Steps. A five-course menu showcases premium Australian truffles through a collection of refined dishes, each perfectly paired with acclaimed Giant Steps wines that capture the elegance and renowned terroir of the Yarra Valley.

The experience unfolds through truffle brioche, scallop with fermented truffle butter, Black Opal Wagyu tartare and a delicate truffle-inspired finale, celebrating the remarkable aroma, richness and depth of one of Australia's most prized seasonal ingredients.

Harvested from Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Flinders Truffles are renowned for their exceptional quality and earthy complexity. Throughout the evening, founders Jane and Tony Groves will share the story behind their celebrated truffles, alongside Michael Latham, Giant Steps Senior Winemaker, who will offer insights into the evening's wine pairings. Together with No35's culinary team, they will take guests on a journey from farm to plate and vineyard to glass. Fresh Flinders Truffles will be available for purchase throughout the evening, with one lucky guest taking home a whole truffle from the season's harvest as part of a special giveaway.
